Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photo evidence and a description of the issue within 7 days of delivery at forever.russian.world@gmail.com. If the evidence confirms the issue, we will address it promptly and reprocess your item at no additional cost to you.
Lost package
If your package gets lost in the mail, please contact us within 10 days of estimated delivery date at forever.russian.world@gmail.com. Before contacting us, please ensure that your delivery address is correct and contact the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the lost package. If your status shows โdeliveredโ but you cannot find the package, you may be responsible for re-shipment costs.
Returns
Returns for reasons other than defects, damage, or incorrect items shipped are generally not accepted. However, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Return shipping fees are the customerโs responsibility.
- A restocking fee may apply.
- Refunds may be issued as store credit only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
